I'm changing things up.
Back in July 2022, I left my role as deputy editor-in-chief of CoinDesk, the cryptocurrency industry's premier news site. Now I'm organizing conferences for projects across the space, putting my rolodex to work to facilitate important conversations on stage. I still appear regularly as a commentator on CoinDesk TV and the CoinDesk Podcast Network.
Until November 2018, I was the editor-in-chief of Technical.ly, a news outlet covering tech communities in the Mid-Atlantic.
Before that I was a public-radio guy. I helmed the Innovations Desk at WHYY for two years and helped launch a great health and science show, The Pulse. Before that it was WXXI in Rochester, N.Y., covering tech and entrepreneurship.
I've always been addicted to news. I love playing sports. I once tried my hand at making news apps. I made this website during a part-time course at the New York Code + Design Academy. Pleasure to meet you.
I made a Random Article Machine with a bunch of great articles about Philly. Serendipity is good.
